Recap of yesterday's games

Memphis Grizzlies at Charlotte Bobcats

Not surprising win for the Grizzlies. Final score: 85-80.

Boston Celtics at Atlanta Hawks

Boston without Rondo and Allen lose in Atlanta. Johnson had a game high 30 points. Final score: 90-97.

New York Knicks at Cleveland Cavaliers

The Knicks lost their match in Cleveland and that was kinda surprising for me with Stoudemire playing again. Anthony scored only 12 points and that is a big difference from his 30-35 points. Stoudemire steal his shots and scored team-high 15 points. We’ll see how they will work it out. Irving had a game high 21 points. Final score: 90-98

Golden State Warriors at Dallas Mavericks

Dallas won in Golden State, as it wasn’t that hard to do that. Thompson had a game high 26 points, but it wasn’t enough to beat the Mavericks. Final score:  94-104

Los Angeles Lakers at San Antonio Spurs

Kobe Bryant makes his comeback against the Spurs, but he wasn’t the one who celebrate at the end of the match. The Spurs outscored the Lakers in second half 45-65 and that decided who will win. Bryant had a team high 18 points, but Ginobili, Parker and Duncan combined 61 points. Final score: 97-121.

Oklahoma City Thunder at Sacramento Kings

The Thunder lead all game and won 103-92. Durant had a game high 29 points with 10 rebounds and 7 assists. Westbrook scored 18.

Tips for today

Los Angeles Lakers at San Antonio Spurs

Finally the Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant is coming back and he can’t choose a better time for his comeback. It will be his first appearance in a match against the Spurs in this season. The Lakers and the Spurs played twice and both games went differently. The first one won the Lakers 98-84 in San Antonio and the second one won the Spurs in Staples Center 112-91, as the Parker scored 29 points in the second match and Bynum had a carrier high 30 rebounds in the first meeting. At first I would like to say that this bet is very risky, but I think that the Lakers will win tonight with Kobe in the lineup. Team from Los Angeles kinda maturated without Kobe playing and that is a good thing with ending regular season and playoffs coming up. Adding to that Kobe will be thirsty to play and win, so my tip is that the Lakers will win.

Oklahoma City Thunder at Sacramento Kings

Well the winner here is obvious for me it’s of course the Thunder, but the odds on the win here are low. So my tip here will be on Westbrook. He’s not scored very well in the last two games, as he scored just 9 in a loss against the Clippers and 15 in a win against the Suns. BUT he is scoring very well against the Kings this season, when he’s totaled 55points in their last two meetings and this should and I hope it will be a good chance for him to get on track again before the playoffs.  My tip: Westbrook +23.5 points.

My bet

Westbrook +23.5 -odd 1.85

LA Lakers win -odd 3.07
=

5.68 * 5$ = 28.4$ win

Memphis Grizzlies will play against the weak Bobcats in Charlotte on Friday night, it should and it will be an easy win for the Grizzlies.

The Hawks will host the Celtics tonight. Boston will have to play without Rondo, Allen and Pietrus as they are all injured and didn’t travel with the team to Atlanta and even though they won their last two meetings it will be a different story tonight. Well rested Hawks will win.

Dallas will play at home against the Warriors, which are dealing with lot of injuries. Curry and Lee won’t play for the Warriors and because of that it will be an easy win for the Mavericks. I was thinking there about betting on Nowitzki that he will score more than 23.5 points, but I’m not sure if he will play that much tonight.

The Knicks will play in Cleveland and good news for them is surely that Amare Stoudemaire will be ready to play. Question here is what it will do with Carmelo Anthony's shooting appearances.  Most likely he will score a little bit less with Stoudemire on the court, but we will see. Anyway I won’t bet on Melo scoring and neither on a winner here, because of the odds. The Knicks will win, but it’s just not worth it.

Tips for today

Los Angeles Clippers at Denver Nuggets

Interesting game will be played in Denver tonight. The Nuggets will face the Clippers and it’s going to be a tough one. Won’t be betting a winner here even though I think the Nuggets will win, but I will bet on Afflalo that he will score more than 17.5 points in this game. He’s a good scorer and will be needed in this close match.

Oklahoma City Thunder at Phoenix Suns

Oklahoma is going from tough loss against the Clippers and will try to get their momentum back before the playoffs. The Suns recently beat the weak Trailblazers, but Trailblazers and Thunder is a big difference. Oklahoma will win tonight as they’ve won both their meetings against the Suns.

Utah Jazz at Portland Trailblazers

Utah is trying to get to the playoffs and they should win in Portland tonight. The Jazz lately beat Dallas in triple overtime and they will continue in their playoff push against the Trailblazers, because the team from Portland has lost all their hopes to be in the playoffs. Adding to that, Aldridge and Felton are injured. So it should not be that hard to win here for the Jazz.

My bet

Afflalo +17.5pts -odd 1.80

OKC Thunder win -odd 1.68
Utah Jazz win -odd 1.6
=

4.84 * 5$ = 24,2$ win

Other

The Bucks will win in Washington today, as they are starting their final push for the playoffs.

Easy win for the Bulls against the Charlotte Bobcats, just nothing more to say.

If the 76ers wants to stay in the playoff seat, than they should beat the Cavaliers tonight and I think they will.

The Knicks will face the Nets after yesterday’s win over the Celtics. New Jersey will be without their superstar Deron Williams; he won’t play because of a sore right calf. Carmelo yesterday managed to get triple double and I think he will continue today with similar stats, as Stoudemire is expected to play on Friday against the Cavaliers, but not tonight. So it will be again on Anthony to carry his team and he will lead them to victory.

Atlanta will host the Pistons today and the Hawks haven’t lost to them at home in 4 years, so I think that this record will continue.

Miami will host the Raptors and it’s going to be an easy win for the Heat.

Orlando Magic will play in Boston on Wednesday night two possible opponents in the playoffs. The Magic will have to play again without Dwight Howard, on the other side Ray Allen won’t play and maybe even Rondo, who injured himself little bit yesterday against the Knicks. No updates if he will or won’t play today. Anyway I think that Boston will win, but this is not a good match for a bet.

The Hornets are going to Memphis and the Grizzlies are very strong at home, so I think it’s not going to be a problem for them today.

Dallas will host the team from Houston. The Mavericks won both their meetings against the Rockets. Houston is now fighting for the playoffs, but lost some games lately and overall they aren’t playing so good. On the other side the Mavericks are not the youngest team and they can be a little bit exhausted after triple overtime against the Jazz. Not recommended to bet on this, but I’ve got a feeling that the Rockets will win.

The Spurs will play against the Kings tonight and they will win this easily.

The Warriors will host the Lakers, which are without Kobe Bryant again. The Lakers lost to the Spurs last night and in those games Kobe is really missing. But even without him they should beat the Warriors, but not a good game for a bet.

Recap of yesterday’s games

Indiana Pacers at Philadelphia 76ers

Close match as was expected. After the 3rd quarter the game was tied 70-70, but in the last quarter the Pacers scored 32 points, while allowing 27. Final score: 102-97. Granger had a game high 24 points.

Cleveland Cavaliers at Detroit Pistons

Huge win for the Pistons on Tuesday night, one time they have lead by 50. Final score: 77-116. Knight had a game 28 points.

Boston Celtics at New York Knicks

New York played once again without Stoudemire, so Carmelo Anthony has to step up and he did big time with triple-double 35points, 12rebounds and 10 assists, as the Knicks beat the Celtics 110-118. Pierce had a game high 43 points.

Memphis Grizzlies at Minnesota Timberwolves

Struggling Minnesota one again lost this time to the Grizzlies. Final score: 91-84. Both Barea a Gay had a game high 28 points.

San Antonio Spurs at Los Angeles Lakers

Los Angeles Lakers without their superstar Kobe Bryant, well he was on the bench as some kind of assistant of the coach. And the Lakers had shown that they need him on the court even though they get better as a team. While Parker played very well and had a game high 29 points and added 13 assists. Final score: 112-91.

Tips for today

Indiana Pacers at Philadelphia 76ers

Philadelphia will host the Pacers and they are on a good run winning 10 out of their 11 games and are looking for their sixth straight win in Philadelphia today. Team from Indiana is just playing good lately and with such smoothness. On the other side the 76ers are not winning that easily. They lose yesterday against the Magic (which were playing without Howard and Turkoglu). They also lost at home against the Raptors and New Jersey. The Pacers are just looking good now and I think that they’ll win again today in Philadelphia.

Boston Celtics at New York Knicks

Interesting match will be played in Madison Square Garden tonight as the Knicks will face the Celtics. If the 76ers lose tonight, than the Knicks will have a chance to have a lead on that seventh playoff seat. Tyson Chandler for the Knicks might not be on 100% ready. On the other hand big three (Garnett, Pierce, Allen) should be ready on Tuesday night. But the Knicks have Carmelo Anthony and well his performances lately are just amazing. Not sure who will win, but if I have to guess I would go for the Knicks. Anyway I won’t bet on the winner of this match. I will bet on that Anthony will score more than 27.5 points.

My bet
Pacers win -odd 2.3
Anthony +27.5pts -odd 1.85
=
4.26 * 5$ = 21,3$ win

Other

The Pistons will host the Cavaliers. Both teams are out of the playoffs. Irving won’t play on Tuesday night because of injury and even if he did I think that Detroit will win. Both teams are not playing awesome basketball, but the Pistons are a little bit better.

Minnesota will face the Grizzlies on Tuesday night. Marc Gasol won’t play against the Timberwolves tonight, but even without him the Grizzlies should win in Minnesota. The Timberwolves will be again without Kevin Love and they are just not play that good without him. The Grizzlies will win.

San Antonio is going to pay a visit in Staples Center as they will play against the Lakers. Team from LA won their last meeting in San Antonio 98-84 even without Bryant. Kobe won’t play again tonight, but the Lakers are playing good with or without their legend. The Spurs are resting before the playoffs, so it’s not sure how many minutes their superstars will play. Hard to decide here who will win, that’s why I would not recommend betting on this one, but if you must (for any ridiculous reason) go with the Lakers.

Recap of yesterday's NBA games

Miami Heat at New York Knicks

Close match was played in Madison Square Garden last night, the Knicks again without their superstar center Stoudemaire and point guard Jeremy Lin. But Carmelo is carrying his team by himself. He had game-high 42 points with 9 rebounds and 5 assists, but it wasn't enough to beat the Heat. Final score 93-85.

Dallas Mavericks at Los Angeles Lakers

Kobe Bryant didn't play again as the Lakers faced the Mavericks. But he was on the bench and did a little bit of coaching. And his teammates managed again to win without him playing. Los Angeles Lakers are now  playing more as a team and everyone contributes. The Lakers won at home 112-108 in overtime

Boston Celtics at Charlotte Bobcats

Easy win for the Celtics. Rondo again with double digit assists (16). Final score: 94-82

Toronto Raptors at Atlanta Hawks

For me kinda surprising win for the Raptors. DeRozan had a team high 23 points. Game-high 26 points for J. Smith.

Chicago Bulls at Detroit Pistons

Rose is looked better as he ties the game with his 3 pointer and the end of fourth quarter. In overtime the Bulls scored 14 points while Detroit only 8. Final score 100-94. Rose had 24 points.

Orlando Magic at Cleveland Cavaliers

The Magic still without Dwight Howard are not so good defensively in the paint and that should be the advantage for the Cavaliers with Jamison playing. But this wasn’t the case Jamison had a game-high 21 points, but It wasn’t enough to beat Orlando. Final score: 100-84. Nelson: 21 points and 9 assists.

Portland Trailblazers at Sacramento Kings

Close match in Sacramento yesterday. Thornton hits the jumper with 3.4s to go and the Kings won 104-103.

Memphis Grizzlies at New Orleans Hornets

The Hornets proved again that they're very strong at home, as they beat the Grizzlies 75-88. Gordon had a team-high 18 points.

Houston Rockets at Denver Nuggets

Same story here. Denver is pretty good at home lately and they won smoothly 86-101. Afflalo had a game-high 20 points.
